• The cut off ranks for Uttarakhand domicile candidates to opt for payment seats in UG programmes will remain same as for normal seats but there will not be any horizontal reservation for payment seats.

• For M.Tech. programmes, the candidates who have qualified GATE and completed their B.Tech. degree programme will only be considered.
