असंगठित श्रमिकों के लिए श्रम और रोजगार मंत्रालय द्वारा एक अंशदायी पेंशन योजना।

प्रधानमंत्री श्रम योगी मानधन एक सरकारी योजना है जो असंगठित श्रमिकों के वृद्धावस्था संरक्षण और सामाजिक सुरक्षा के लिए है।

Eligibility

• For Unorganized Workers (UW)

• Entry Age between 18 to 40 years

• Monthly Income up to Rs 15000/-

Features

• 3000/- रुपये महीने की सुनिश्चित पेंशन

• स्वैच्छिक और अंशदायी पेंशन

• योजना भारत सरकार द्वारा समान योगदान

यह योजना निम्नलिखित योजनाओं के साथ-साथ मुख्य मानधन योजना के तहत शामिल है -

• प्रधानमंत्री श्रम योगी मानधन योजना

• राष्ट्रीय पेंशन योजना - व्यापारी और स्व-नियोजित व्यक्ति

18 से 40 वर्ष के आयु वर्ग के आवेदकों को 60 वर्ष की आयु तक पहुंचने तक प्रति माह 55 रुपये से 200 रुपये तक का मासिक योगदान देना होगा।

फ़ायदे

• 60 वर्ष की आयु प्राप्त करने के बाद 3000/- रुपये प्रति माह की न्यूनतम सुनिश्चित पेंशन।

• यदि आवेदक की मृत्यु 60 वर्ष की आयु से पहले हो जाती है, तो जीवनसाथी योजना को जारी रखने का हकदार होगा और राशि का 50% प्राप्त करने का हकदार होगा।

• एक बार जब आवेदक 60 वर्ष की आयु प्राप्त कर लेता है, तो वह पेंशन राशि का दावा कर सकता है। प्रत्येक माह एक निश्चित पेंशन राशि संबंधित व्यक्ति के पेंशन खाते में जमा की जाती है।

• यदि वह 10 वर्ष से कम की अवधि के भीतर योजना से बाहर निकलता है, तो लाभार्थी के अंशदान का हिस्सा ही उसे बचत बैंक ब्याज दर के साथ वापस किया जाएगा।

• यदि ग्राहक 10 वर्ष या उससे अधिक की अवधि के बाद लेकिन 60 वर्ष की आयु से पहले बाहर निकलता है, तो लाभार्थी के अंशदान का हिस्सा संचित ब्याज के साथ-साथ वास्तव में फंड द्वारा अर्जित या बचत बैंक ब्याज दर पर जो भी अधिक हो।

• यदि किसी लाभार्थी ने नियमित योगदान दिया है और किसी भी कारण से उसकी मृत्यु हो गई है, तो उसका जीवनसाथी नियमित अंशदान का भुगतान करके योजना को जारी रखने का हकदार होगा या लाभार्थी के अंशदान को संचित ब्याज के साथ प्राप्त कर सकता है जैसा कि वास्तव में निधि द्वारा अर्जित किया गया है या बचत बैंक की ब्याज दर जो भी अधिक हो।

• यदि किसी लाभार्थी ने नियमित योगदान दिया है और 60 वर्ष से पहले किसी भी कारण से स्थायी रूप से अक्षम हो गया है, और योजना के तहत जारी रखने में असमर्थ है, तो उसका पति या पत्नी नियमित योगदान का भुगतान करके योजना को जारी रखने या प्राप्त करके योजना से बाहर निकलने का हकदार होगा। वास्तव में निधि द्वारा अर्जित ब्याज के साथ लाभार्थी का योगदान या बचत बैंक ब्याज दर जो भी अधिक हो।

• ग्राहक के साथ-साथ उसके पति या पत्नी की मृत्यु के बाद, पूरे कोष को वापस कोष में जमा किया जाएगा।

Apply Process

• Following are the prerequisites for the enrollment process:

 Aadhaar Card, Savings/Jan Dhan Bank Account details along with IFSC Code

( Bank Passbook or Cheque Leave/book or copy of bank statement as evidence of bank account )

• The applicant will key-in the Aadhaar number, Name of beneficiary and Date of birth as printed on aadhaar card for authentication.

• The applicant will complete the online registration by filling up the details like Bank Account details, Mobile Number, Email Address, Spouse (if any) and Nominee details will be captured.

• Self-certification for eligibility conditions will be done.

• The system will auto calculate monthly contribution payable according to age of the Beneficiary.

• Enrollment cum Auto Debit mandate form will be printed and will be further signed by the beneficiary.

• VLE will scan the same and upload it into the system.

• The applicant will pay the 1st subscription amount using Internet Banking

• A unique Shram Yogi Pension Account Number (SPAN) will be generated and Shram Yogi Card will be printed.
